AUREXIS AI: A Cognitive AI-Based System for Real-Time Financial Analysis and Decision Support

  • Financial decision-making has become increasingly complex due to the growing volume and diversity of personal financial data, often resulting in reactive and suboptimal financial planning. Existing financial management systems primarily focus on descriptive analytics and lack intelligent mechanisms for predictive analysis and personalized decision support. To address these limitations, this paper presents AUREXIS AI, an intelligent AI-driven financial decision support system designed to transform raw financial data into actionable insights. The proposed system integrates financial data processing, risk assessment, predictive modeling, and recommendation generation within a unified analytical framework. A multi-stage pipeline is employed, incorporating feature engineering, weighted risk scoring, and time-series forecasting techniques to evaluate financial stability and predict future financial conditions. Additionally, the system introduces a scenario simulation module that enables users to assess the impact of hypothetical financial decisions. The architecture is implemented using a FastAPI-based backend and a React-based frontend, ensuring scalability and real-time responsiveness. Experimental evaluation demonstrates the system’s effectiveness in identifying financial risks, forecasting trends, and generating context-aware recommendations. The results highlight the potential of AI-driven systems in enhancing financial awareness and enabling proactive, data-driven financial decision-making.
