abstract = {Inflammation is a natural immune response to infection or injury, but long-term inflammation can cause diseases such as autoimmune disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer. Many anti-inflammatory drugs like Aspirin and NSAIDs are available, and new treatments such as biological drugs, anti-cytokine therapies, and kinase inhibitors are being developed. Transdermal nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems are a promising method to improve treatment. Nanoparticles help drugs pass through the skin barrier, improve drug stability, and provide controlled drug release. This increases treatment effectiveness and reduces side effects. Nanoparticle-loaded Ibuprofen gels show better skin penetration, improved drug stability, and stronger anti-inflammatory effects compared to conventional formulations. Therefore, nanoparticle-based transdermal delivery systems are a promising approach for effective inflammation treatment. Future research will focus on developing safer and more advanced nanocarriers to improve drug delivery and patient compliance.},
