abstract = {The safe marine transportation of oil and gas processing plant modules, piping skids, and pressure systems is a critical stage in offshore and modular construction projects. During shipment, these structures are exposed to dynamic loads induced by vessel motions, sea waves, wind, and acceleration forces, which can compromise structural and mechanical integrity. This study investigates the design and analysis of piping systems under transportation load cases using CAESAR II software. The software enables engineers to model complex piping networks and evaluate stresses under static, dynamic, and environmental conditions. Special emphasis is placed on simulating transient loads such as roll, pitch, and heave motions, which are often inadequately addressed by traditional design methods. By defining transportation-specific load cases and analyzing support reactions, the study ensures compliance with international design codes including ASME B31.3 and DNV-ST-N001. The findings contribute to developing reliable load combinations that enhance safety and integrity during marine transportation, thereby supporting the successful installation of offshore and modular plants.},
