SMART BIOGAS FOR RURAL FARMING

  • Energy plays a vital role in national development, and renewable sources like biogas are becoming increasingly important for sustainable growth. Biogas is generated when organic materials such as animal waste decompose in the absence of oxygen. It can be used for cooking, electricity generation, and as a natural fertilizer.Efficient production depends on maintaining proper environmental conditions such as temperature, pressure, humidity, and pH. This project proposes a smart monitoring system that integrates IoT technology with sensors and microcontrollers like Arduino and NodeMCU to track these parameters in real time. The collected data can be accessed through mobile applications, allowing users to respond quickly to any changes.In addition, IoT-based agricultural automation helps improve irrigation efficiency and crop productivity. This combined approach enhances both biogas generation and smart farming, supporting sustainable rural development.
