  • Abstract:
  • India's agricultural sector continues to face deep-rooted fragmentation arising from decades of reliance on informal networks, intermediaries, and analog record-keeping systems. Despite accounting for approximately 42% of the national workforce and encompassing over 146 million agricultural households, the sector lacks a cohesive digital infrastructure that can simultaneously address the commercial, advisory, and communication needs of diverse stakeholders. Small and marginal farmers — who constitute 86% of the farming population — are especially vulnerable, as they are frequently excluded from formal market channels, digital financial services, and structured advisory support. These systemic gaps lead to significant inefficiencies, including price exploitation by middlemen, poor decision-making due to lack of real-time market data, and limited access to institutional credit owing to absence of formal financial records. This paper presents, a unified, voice-enabled digital platform engineered to overcome these challenges through the integration of secure agricultural commerce, AI-driven multilingual advisory services, and collaborative stakeholder engagement. The platform leverages BHASHINI and Google Speech APIs for regional language support, integrates the Razorpay payment gateway for secure transactions, provides role-based dashboards for farmers, FPOs, and corporates, and includes an AI chatbot capable of responding to financial, agronomic, and loan-related queries in multiple Indian languages. Rigorous system testing confirmed 85–90% speech recognition accuracy, 80–85% chatbot query relevance, 100% financial calculation accuracy, and API response times averaging 300–500 ms. The results demonstrate that Website effectively reduces dependency on intermediaries, bridges digital literacy and language barriers, and enhances financial transparency across India's agricultural value chain.
