Traditional companies are making rapid strides in implementing AI-driven recruitment solutions and sophisticated Production Planning & Scheduling (PPS) models to optimize operations, minimize manual labor, and boost strategic choices.Today's companies are seeking to adopt AI-based recruitment tools and cutting-edge Production Planning & Scheduling (PPS) models to optimize operations, cut down on manual labor, and enhance strategic choices. This research paper analyzes how AI-powered recruitment processes and automation of advanced scheduling can drive efficiency for an organization, specifically Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). , Nagpur. The study highlights the application of intelligent technologies in recruitment to enhance the quality of hires, job-candidate match, workforce analytics and recruitment time, and the optimization of project scheduling, resource allocation, workload balancing, and the coordination of projects and operations using more advanced PPS models. This study uses descriptive and analytical research method with secondary data which is obtained from journals, research articles, company report, industry report and academic sources. The study reveals that the use of AI in recruitment has a profound impact on various aspects of the process, including minimizing time spent on recruitment, enhancing accuracy in screening candidates, mitigating recruitment bias, and fostering robust workforce planning processes. In addition, sophisticated scheduling and planning models enhance productivity, project performance, minimize operational delays and optimize organizational resources.
