        abstract = {Employee satisfaction has emerged as a critical determinant of organizational success in modern business environments. This research paper examines the relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness with specific reference to Škoda Auto, Nagpur. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical approach using primary and secondary data. Findings reveal that employee satisfaction significantly influences productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall organizational performance. Statistical analysis indicates a strong positive relationship between satisfaction levels and effectiveness indicators.
