        abstract = {Managing photo privacy and secure sharing on online social media platforms has become increasingly critical as users frequently upload and distribute personal images. Traditional social media applications prioritize rapid content sharing, often neglecting sufficient privacy controls and user consent, leading to unauthorized access and misuse of personal photos. This paper presents "My Privacy My Decision," a secure, privacy-focused photo sharing platform that enables users to maintain complete control over ownership, access, and distribution of their images. The system incorporates multiple protection mechanisms including automatic watermarking, encrypted storage, permission-based access control, view-only modes, and anti-hotlinking protection. Furthermore, facial recognition and consent-based sharing mechanisms allow individuals appearing in photos to participate in sharing decisions before content is published. The platform employs React for the frontend and Python-Django for the backend, with role-based authentication ensuring only authorized users can access protected content. Experimental evaluation through unit, integration, and validation testing confirms the system's effectiveness in preventing unauthorized access and empowering users with comprehensive privacy controls.},
