  • Abstract:
  • Corporate governance has become an important concern for Indian companies due to increasing regulatory focus and stakeholder expectations. In this background, the present work explores the bond between stakeholder rights and financial performance at Replay International Private Limited, Butibori MIDC, Nagpur. The main purpose is to look at the process of how board structure, transparency, and compliance systems drive the profitability and financial stability of the company. The research is built on an explanatory and investigative model. Primary data were collected gathered via a well-designed question set from managerial employees, and secondary data were obtained from company financial records and reports. Analytics such as relationship and impact studies were applied for testing the hypotheses. The findings indicate a positive and statistically verifiable correlation of governance practices and return on assets. The study supports governance theory and suggests that stronger internal controls and disclosure practices can improve financial outcomes in Indian private sector organizations.
