  • Abstract:
  • This paper proposes an AIoT-integrated autonomic sewage management framework for sustainable industrial wastewater systems, extending IoT-based smart water quality monitoring from domestic to industrial scales via Swamy’s AIoT model. The model fuses real-time IoT-WQMS data, AIoT analytics, and GenAI-driven digital twins for scenario modeling and interpretable ZED policies. Validated through a blast-furnace case study aligned with reuse and compliance benchmarks, it achieves higher regulatory adherence, increased water reuse, and reduced chemical/energy use.
