abstract = {Cerebral palsy (CP) is a group of permanent disorders affecting movement, posture, and motor function due to non-progressive injury to the developing brain. Children with CP frequently suffer from developmental delay, epilepsy, speech difficulties, behavioral disturbances, and musculoskeletal deformities. Conventional management mainly focuses on rehabilitation and supportive therapies. Homoeopathy, with its holistic and individualized approach, may play an important complementary role in improving the quality of life and functional abilities of such children. This article presents a clinical observational perspective on cerebral palsy cases managed with individualized homoeopathic treatment along with supportive rehabilitation. The observations suggest improvement in developmental milestones, cognition, behavior, speech, muscle tone, recurrent infections, and seizure frequency in selected cases. Early intervention, constitutional prescribing, and multidisciplinary management appear essential for better outcomes.},
