        abstract = {The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence has led to the development of intelligent systems capable of automating human interaction. This project presents the design and implementation of a Smart AI Chatbot developed for Sharadchandra Pawar College of Engineering and Technology (SPCOET). The chatbot is designed to provide instant and accurate responses to user queries related to admissions, courses, fees, placements, and campus facilities. The system integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP), intent detection, semantic search using vector embeddings, and AI-based response generation to deliver context-aware responses. A structured knowledge base is used to store institutional information, which is retrieved using similarity matching techniques. Additionally, the chatbot maintains conversation memory to enhance interaction quality and supports multilingual communication. The system reduces manual effort, improves response time, and ensures consistent information delivery, making it an effective solution for modern educational environments.},
