  • Abstract:
  • The emergence of internet communication platforms has drastically changed how people communicate, presenting both opportunities and difficulties for mental health care. The potential of traditional AI techniques to manage mental health issues in virtual worlds is examined in this research. The study intends to create efficient methods for recognizing emotional discomfort, offering immediate assistance, and improving user well-being by utilizing rule-based systems. In contrast to modern deep learning models, the study assesses the advantages and disadvantages of conventional AI techniques, highlighting their computational effectiveness, interpretability, and potential for integration into low-resource environments. Furthermore, ethical issues are thoroughly analyzed, such as privacy, bias, and the significance of human oversight. The results demonstrate the usefulness of traditional AI in developing scalable, ethical, and accessible solutions for mental health issues.
