abstract = {Stress Induced Fatigue Syndrome (SIFS) is a functional health condition characterized by persistent mental and physical exhaustion resulting from prolonged exposure to stress. Increasing occupational demands, emotional strain, and lifestyle imbalance have contributed to its growing prevalence. Neuro endocrine dysregulation involving the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis, neurotransmitter imbalance, and impaired adaptive mechanisms play a central role in its pathogenesis [1]. Conventional management largely focuses on symptomatic relief, leaving a therapeutic gap in addressing functional exhaustion. Homoeopathy, with its holistic and restorative approach, offers valuable interventions in such conditions. Avena sativa (wild oat) is a well-established homoeopathic remedy known for its nervine tonic and restorative properties. Beyond homoeopathy, Avena sativa has also been traditionally used in dietary therapy and traditional medicine systems to enhance vitality, mental endurance, and stress tolerance. This review critically examines stress-induced fatigue syndrome, its clinical features, ICD classification, and pathophysiological basis, while comprehensively evaluating the role of Avena sativa through homoeopathic literature, traditional medicine concepts, and scientific evidence.},
