abstract = {The increasing dependence on digital technology has transformed industries such as finance, healthcare, transportation, and education. However, emergency social support systems, especially blood donation and volunteer coordination platforms, continue to face major operational challenges. Delayed donor identification, fragmented communication channels, lack of centralized databases, and limited volunteer engagement often create barriers during critical situations. Traditional methods, including manual outreach, phone calls, and social media requests, are inefficient during time-sensitive emergencies. Jeevan Seva emerged as a technology-driven initiative designed to address these gaps by creating an integrated digital ecosystem that connects donors, recipients, volunteers, and communities through a unified platform. Rather than functioning only as a blood donation application, Jeevan Seva aims to become a complete humanitarian support system capable of managing blood requests, donation camps, community interactions, volunteer participation, and health-related information. This research paper presents the conceptualization, planning, architecture, execution strategy, implementation process, and future scope of Jeevan Seva. The study explores the journey from identifying real-world problems to converting an idea into an executable technology solution. It evaluates system design principles, implementation methodologies, user modules, and expected social impact.},
