  • The tendering process is essential for government procurement but is often plagued by inefficiencies, delays, and a lack of transparency. Traditional methods can take months, which hinders public service delivery and escalates project costs. This paper investigates the adoption of an online tender system, emphasizing how digitization reduces procurement cycle times, lowers costs, and enhances transparency. Through a comprehensive look at the e-tendering process and its functionalities, we demonstrate how digital transformation in procurement offers governments a path toward more efficient and equitable resource allocation.
