Built on an optimized Arch Linux monolithic kernel, the operating system emphasizes minimalism, performance efficiency, and high user authority. Unlike traditional security-focused distributions that ship with hundreds of pre-installed tools many of which remain unused. Sentinel OS offers a modular “install -when -needed” approach, allowing users to maintain a clean and efficient system. This paper presents a detailed review of Sentinel OS, covering its objectives, design principles, architectural framework, methodology, core features, challenges, and future scope. The OS aims to provide a customizable, fast, and resource-efficient alternative for cybersecurity professionals, learners, and developers who prefer a terminal -centric environment.},
