        abstract = {Mumbai & Thane are considered as one of the densest areas coping with the issue of Traffic. Mumbai being the Economic capital of India and Thane being the junction point to travel in any direction, these areas are always buzzing with cars, heavy vehicles, and the ongoing construction of Metro, other developments in the infrastructure and transport ministry, and dumping of old non-compliant cars on the streets not meant for parking, turning narrow lanes into parking lots for scrap metal and adding up to the issues of never ending traffic. Implementation and the existing Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 and Maharashtra’s Vehicle Scrappage can be a great tool to resolve this issue of Congestion on roads. Apart from creating issues for other vehicles on the road, it also creates risk to the lives of the people at night, due to their rusted frames and body being poorly visible, turning into accidents for two wheelers and pedestrians.},
