        abstract = {This study focuses on the production process and customer satisfaction towards roofing sheets at Delta Industries, Baikampady. Roofing sheets are widely used in construction for strength, durability, and protection in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The study aims to understand the production process and analyze customer satisfaction towards different roofing sheet types. Primary data was collected through observation and interaction in the production area and customer responses from 200 respondents using a structured questionnaire. Secondary data was taken from journals and websites. Convenience sampling was used and One-Way ANOVA was applied. The findings show that most customers are satisfied, and Profile Sheets have higher satisfaction levels. The study concludes that the company maintains good production practices and customer satisfaction, with scope for improvement in rust resistance.},
