        abstract = {The brick manufacturing industry plays an important role in the construction sector as bricks are widely used for building houses, offices, and other structures due to their strength and durability. The study aims to analyse the production process and customer satisfaction towards Kamath’s Tile Works. It explains the stages of brick manufacturing such as raw material procurement, crushing, moulding, drying, firing, cooling, quality inspection, and storage. The study also focuses on customer satisfaction regarding quality, strength, price, delivery, and services. The research is based on primary and secondary data, and the data were analysed using percentage analysis and Chi-square test. The results show that proper production practices and quality control positively influence customer satisfaction. The study concludes that better quality and timely service lead to higher customer satisfaction and trust.},
