abstract = {Interlocking block manufacturing has become an important part of modern construction because it helps reduce construction costs, speeds up building work, and uses less mortar compared to traditional brick masonry. These blocks are widely preferred today due to their strength, durability, and eco-friendly nature. This study focuses on understanding the production process of interlocking blocks and the operational challenges faced during manufacturing. The production process includes several stages such as block design, selection of raw materials, mixing, molding, compaction, curing, finishing, and quality inspection. Each stage is important in ensuring the final blocks are strong, uniform, and usable for construction. However, manufacturers face several issues such as maintaining accurate dimensions, variations in raw materials, uneven compaction, difficulties in mold design, and lack of standardized production methods. This study is based on secondary data collected from journals, research papers, and reliable online sources. The information is analysed using descriptive methods to understand production techniques and industry-related problems. The findings show that proper production management, controlled raw materials, and strong quality checks improve the strength and performance of interlocking blocks. However, inconsistency in production and lack of standardization still limit large-scale adoption. In conclusion, improving manufacturing accuracy, quality control, and introducing standardized procedures can significantly enhance efficiency and reliability in interlocking block production.},
