Because of that fact, there has been an ever-growing demand for accessible, personalised, and non-pharmacological pain relief. Sootra introduces a novel, user-centred approach toward intelligent menstrual pain relief in the form of adaptive heat therapy with precision vibration massage. Equipped with smart sen-sors on board, it keeps monitoring the user's level of discomfort and physiological responses continuously, thus automatically adjusting temperature and massage intensity for personalised pain management. Comple-mentary is a mobile application where users can set desired therapy modes, monitor menstrual health pat-terns, and receive AI-driven guided insights into their well-being. Sootra marries data-driven personalisation to time-tested therapeutic techniques, hence offering safe, portable, and medication-free ways of dealing with menstrual pain so as to make users feel comfortable, autonomous, and well along their menstrual cycle.},
