  • Abstract:
  • In recent years, the importance of preventive healthcare has grown dramatically, as individuals and healthcare systems alike seek ways to reduce disease risk and promote long-term well-being. This review explores the integrative potential of two distinct yet complementary approaches homeopathy and nutraceuticals within the framework of preventive care. Nutraceuticals, grounded in nutritional science, offer targeted biological support through vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, probiotics, and plant compounds. They have been shown to play key roles in boosting immunity, managing stress, and preventing chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular conditions. Homeopathy takes a unique approach to healing by using very small doses of natural substances to help the body heal itself. While it's often seen as quite different from conventional medicine, this article explores how the two can actually support each other especially in areas like boosting immunity, improving mental health, and managing long-term illnesses. Through real-life stories, patient experiences, and community programs, the paper shows how combining both systems can offer meaningful benefits. Still, there are hurdles like the need for stronger scientific evidence, better quality control, and smoother integration into mainstream healthcare. But with the right research, education, and supportive policies, this blend of science and traditional wisdom has the potential to create a more personalized, inclusive, and preventive healthcare system. Instead of seeing science and tradition as being at odds, we can look at how they might work together to offer better care for everyone.
