The research methodology of this study used secondary data from various databases of e-banking books, research papers and related articles available online. This study was carried out to describe the current state of e-banking in India and to explore the challenges and opportunities of e-banking. The banking sector is gaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through e-banking.
