abstract = {Steganography is used for secret communication and Digital watermark is used for copyright protection and information hiding. This paper proposes DNA steganography using insertion technique and watermark generation framework in which secret message is converted into binary and then DNA bases using DNA dictionary rule and embedded into randomly generated DNA sequence. This new DNA sequence is converted back to binary sequence using DNA dictionary rule and embedded into digital image using Least Significant Bit (LSB) and Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) watermarking techniques. The performance of both methods is evaluated using Mean Square Error (MSE), Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), and payload capacity.},
