  • In the field of healthcare, artificial intelligence (AI) is a revolutionary force that is significantly influencing clinical procedures and pharmaceutical sciences. AI-powered technologies are being quickly adopted by digital pharmacies, which use state-of-the-art tools like tele pharmacy, electronic health records (EHRs), and automated dispensing mechanisms to improve healthcare services. Accelerated drug development, accurate clinical decision support, and customized personalized medicine techniques have all been transformed by key AI technologies like machine learning algorithms, deep neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and robotic automation. These advancements have produced better health outcomes overall, increased patient adherence to treatments, and significantly enhanced pharmaceutical safety procedures. However, significant obstacles still exist, such as protecting data privacy in the face of massive information flows, resolving difficult moral conundrums like algorithmic prejudice, and getting past strict legal frameworks that control the use of AI. This analysis explores the various uses, observable advantages, intrinsic drawbacks, and bright prospects of artificial intelligence in digital pharmacy. In the end, it emphasizes how crucial AI is to reinventing pharmaceutical care as an evidence-based, patient-centered industry powered by smart data analytics. AI promises to usher in a time of more equal and effective global healthcare delivery by proactively tackling these issues.
