AI-Driven Student Placement Preparation Platform

  • Navigating campus placements is often difficult for students due to the diverse skill sets demanded by recruiters. Traditional preparation is frequently disorganized, as critical tasks-such as resume building, aptitude practice, interview coaching and career map-ping-are scattered across multiple platforms, leaving students struggling to identify skill gaps and track their progress. To address this, we propose an AI-Driven Student Placement Preparation Platform that consolidates these fragmented processes into a unified ecosystem. Leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing (NLP), the platform evaluates resumes, conducts technical and aptitude assessments, facilitates peer mock interviews and delivers personalized study recommendations. By providing actionable feedback and robust performance analytics, the system empowers students to monitor their growth, target their weaknesses and approach recruitment with increased competence and confidence.
