  • Abstract:
  • This research examines the extent to which organisational conduct and administrative frameworks contribute to staff retention in prominent coaching institutions in Kota. The objective is to determine how leadership approaches, work satisfaction levels, institutional culture, incentive mechanisms, and communication practices collectively shape employees’ loyalty and their willingness to remain associated with the organisation. In light of the highly competitive and rapidly growing coaching sector of Kota where frequent staff turnover is a recurrent challenge this study gains substantial relevance. A committed and stable workforce is fundamental to maintaining academic excellence, operational consistency, and long-term institutional credibility. The study adopts a mixed-method design involving questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and policy analysis. By examining the collected data, the research aims to identify which administrative measures such as balanced workload distribution, fair promotion pathways, mentoring support, and structured reward programs most significantly influence staff retention. The anticipated outcomes suggest that constructive organizational behavior paired with employee-oriented administrative practices not only improves retention but also enhances institutional productivity, teaching quality, and organizational reputation.
