        abstract = {Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a crucial role in early support and intervention within inclusive special education. Early identification and timely intervention significantly enhance developmental and educational outcomes for children with special educational needs. Recent advancements in ICT, including artificial intelligence, assistive technologies, and digital collaboration platforms, have transformed inclusive practices by enabling personalized learning, early assessment, and stakeholder collaboration. The use of ICT in early identification and assessment, inclusive classroom practices, family involvement, teacher professional development, and policy considerations are all examined in this study.
