        abstract = {Digital banking has become a key driver of financial inclusion in rural India, offering convenient, fast, and secure services through mobile banking, internet banking, UPI, and ATMs. This study, “Digital Banking Inclusion and Behavioral Changes among Rural Customers in Jharkhand”, examines the adoption of digital banking and its impact on rural customers’ saving habits, transaction methods, financial decision-making, and reliance on traditional banking. Using primary data from questionnaires and interviews, along with secondary sources, the study finds that digital banking enhances convenience, reduces transaction time, increases financial awareness, and promotes cashless transactions. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy, poor connectivity, cyber security concerns, and lack of technical knowledge hinder effective usage. The study highlights the role of government initiatives like Digital India, Jan Dhan Yojana, and Aadhaar linkage in fostering financial inclusion and concludes that awareness programs, digital education, infrastructure development, and customer support are essential for wider adoption in rural Jharkhand.},
