Design of Control Panel for Assembling of X-Actuator Using Automation

  • Smart automation systems have revolutionized how industries operate by using connected technology to improve precision, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. The combination of IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence) and superior control systems allow manufacturers to produce more accurately and efficiently than they ever thought possible. This paper will present a design for an automation control panel used to automate and integrate all aspects of actuator assembly via PLC and HMI systems. The design will contain both electrical and electronic components, all of which will connect to a PLC and HMI as part of an integrated automation system that reduces the need for human interaction while improving accuracy and productivity. This paper will also detail how the automation control panel design will create measurable benefits benefiting factory assembly accuracy, product delivery accuracy, operational efficiency, and providing scalable automation solutions for larger factory applications
