        abstract = {The increasing adoption of remote and hybrid learning environments has highlighted the need for integrated platforms that support academic collaboration, communication, resource sharing, and productivity management. Existing learning ecosystems often require students to use multiple applications for discussions, video conferencing, note sharing, and study planning, resulting in fragmented learning experiences. This paper presents the Collaborative Study Room App, a cloud-based platform that unifies these functionalities within a single environment. The proposed system enables students and tutors to create virtual study rooms, collaborate on notes in real time, communicate through encrypted messaging, participate in video sessions, share learning resources, and monitor productivity using integrated study tools. The application is developed using React.js and Tailwind CSS for the frontend and Firebase services for authentication, storage, cloud database management, and real time synchronization. The platform also incorporates adaptive flashcard learning and Pomodoro based study tracking to enhance learning outcomes. Experimental evaluation demonstrates efficient synchronization, secure communication, scalability, and improved user engagement. The proposed solution bridges the gap between traditional group study practices and modern digital learning environments.},
