  • Menopause is associated with reduced muscle mass, increased body fat, and decreased bone density, leading to impaired musculoskeletal health and functional decline. Increased body mass index (BMI) and body fat percentage (BF%) may adversely affect core muscle endurance, which is essential for spinal stability, posture, and balance. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between BMI, BF%, and core endurance in postmenopausal women.
