ICT has reshaped the library landscape by enabling digitalization, automation, and enhanced resource accessibility. It has empowered libraries to expand their collections beyond traditional print materials, embrace electronic resources, and provide remote access to users. The emergence of modern library advances in Information Communication Technology has opened up new ways of accumulating, regulating and disseminating scientific and technical information.
