abstract = {In the contemporary organisational landscape, leadership, teamwork, and organisational culture have emerged as indispensable determinants of institutional effectiveness and long-term sustainability. Organisations increasingly recognise that financial capital and technological advancement alone are insufficient to achieve strategic objectives without capable leadership, collaborative teams, and a healthy organisational culture. Leadership provides strategic direction and motivates employees towards collective goals, while teamwork integrates diverse talents and perspectives to enhance innovation and problem-solving. Organisational culture, meanwhile, establishes the shared values, beliefs, and behavioural norms that shape employee attitudes and organisational identity. These three dimensions are mutually reinforcing and collectively influence employee engagement, productivity, organisational adaptability, and competitive advantage. This article explores the theoretical foundations of leadership, teamwork, and organisational culture, examines their interconnectedness, and analyses their relevance in contemporary organisations. It further discusses leadership styles, the characteristics of effective teams, and the role of organisational culture in fostering organisational excellence. Ultimately, the study argues that organisations capable of aligning visionary leadership, collaborative teamwork, and a positive organisational culture are better positioned to navigate uncertainty, encourage innovation, and achieve sustainable growth in an increasingly complex global environment.},
