To preserve milk freshness and guarantee customer safety, the paper also emphasizes the significance of temperature monitoring, hygiene procedures, quality control methods, and contemporary technologies. The study Aims to the delivering safe, high-quality milk, lowering product losses, and boosting consumer trust in the dairy sector all depend on maintaining cold chain integrity.
