abstract = {The Smart Intravenous Drip Monitoring and Alert System allows clinics to better monitor fluids. It uses sensors connected with communication devices to send instant alerts with simple digital display showing the liquid levels and alerts. The Load Cell and HX711 chip are used for measurement of fluid, Arduino Uno and GSM SIM900A are used for data transfer. Weak signals can also trigger alerts which are instantly sent to nurses' devices, offering continuous monitoring. It minimizes physical contact and manual checks, which helps to prioritize patient safety especially in critical care. The design is future scalable and integrates smart hospital technologies and IoT connectivity.},
