Organizations are now able to optimize operations, enhance decision-making, and lower operating costs thanks to the quick development of machine learning, automation, robots, and data analytics. AI-driven technologies raise concerns about job displacement, worker inequality, and the evolving structure of employment, even while they also provide substantial economic benefits and innovation potential. By examining the advantages and disadvantages of AI adoption in the labor market, this study investigates how AI will affect employment in the future. The study analyzes important trends influencing the relationship between AI and employment through a thorough analysis of recent literature, industry data, and regulatory frameworks. According to the research, AI will drastically change job structures and skill needs even though it is unlikely to completely abolish jobs. Proactive legislative interventions, human capital investments, and the creation of inclusive labor market policies will be necessary for the successful integration of AI into the workforce. According to the study's findings, employment in the future would be defined by human-intelligent system partnership, necessitating ongoing adaptation to guarantee resilient workers and sustainable economic growth in the era of artificial intelligence.},
