        abstract = {Cluster headache is a rare but extremely severe primary headache disorder characterized by recurrent attacks of excruciating unilateral pain associated with ipsilateral autonomic symptoms such as lacrimation, conjunctival injection, nasal congestion, rhinorrhoea, ptosis, and miosis. It significantly impairs patients' quality of life due to its intensity,
periodicity, and psychological burden. Conventional treatment mainly focuses on abortive therapy with oxygen, triptans, and preventive medications; however, these approaches primarily provide symptomatic relief and may be associated
with adverse effects or recurrence. Homoeopathy offers a holistic and individualized approach that aims to stimulate the body's self-healing mechanism by considering the patient's physical, mental, and constitutional characteristics rather than the disease alone. This article presents a narrative review of the clinical features, pathophysiology, diagnosis, conventional management, and homoeopathic perspective of cluster headache through an analysis of available
literature from standard medical textbooks, peer-reviewed journals, and homoeopathic references. The discussion emphasizes individualized remedy selection based on the totality of symptoms and explores the potential role of homoeopathy as an adjunctive therapeutic modality in improving patient outcomes and quality of life. Although
emerging clinical observations suggest promising results in selected cases, further well-designed clinical studies are
required to establish the efficacy and scientific validity of homoeopathic management in cluster headache. The present review contributes to the understanding of an integrative approach toward the management of this disabling
neurological disorder.
Objective: This article aims to review the clinical features, pathophysiology, diagnostic criteria, and conventional
management of cluster headache while discussing the principles and potential role of homoeopathy in its management from a holistic perspective.
Methodology: A narrative review of published literature was undertaken using standard textbooks, peer-reviewed journals, and internationally accepted clinical guidelines related to cluster headache and homoeopathy. Relevant
homoeopathic principles, repertorial considerations, and commonly indicated remedies were analyzed in the context of individualized case management.},
