Intelligent Productivity System Based on Design, Implementation and Evaluation of Context Aware Clipboard System

  • Clipboard functionality has become an essential component of daily computer usage across various domains. But, the normal clipboard systems can only copy one element which results in data loss, wastage of time and they have some difficulties to manage multiple information. Recent research: AI Context-Aware Clipboard Manager for intelligent clipboard management with secure storage and processing. Federation based hybrid classification model called REGEX classifier + DistilBERT fine-tuned transformer-based neural network model is trained on the clipboard contents stored in SQLite database with the required functionality within proposed system using Python, Django and SQLite as technologies. Additional features include AI-based text summary, duplicate detection, auto-expiry, voice input support capabilities, analytics dashboards and AES-256 encryption with PBKDF2 based key derivation to protect sensitive data. This modern clipboard reinvents the idea of a clipboard using Artificial Intelligence, natural language processing and modern security self-techniques.
