abstract = {Employee retention and burnout have become major concerns in the healthcare sector, particularly in multispecialty hospitals where healthcare professionals work in demanding and high-pressure environments. Burnout adversely affects employees' physical and mental well-being, leading to reduced job satisfaction, lower productivity, increased absenteeism, and higher turnover, ultimately impacting patient care and organizational performance. This research paper examines the relationship between employee retention and burnout reduction strategies by identifying the key factors contributing to burnout and evaluating organizational practices that support workforce stability. The study focuses on challenges such as excessive workload, workplace stress, inadequate recognition, limited career growth opportunities, and poor work-life balance while K9exploring strategies including supportive leadership, competitive compensation, employee recognition, career development, flexible work arrangements, wellness initiatives, and mental health support. Based on a review of secondary data and relevant literature, the study highlights the importance of adopting employee-centered human resource practices to improve engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The findings suggest that integrating burnout prevention with effective retention strategies can strengthen workforce resilience, enhance operational efficiency, and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The study offers practical insights for hospital administrators and human resource professionals in developing sustainable workplace policies that promote employee well-being and long-term organizational success.},
