Petro-Hydraulic car is a type of four wheeler which works with petrol engine by mean of hydraulic power pack. In general power pack runs with a motor of 2-3hp, which requires more electricity and battery. To overcome this problem hereby we are introducing petro hydraulic car which runs with four stroke petrol engine. The engine we used here is reused Honda cd100 petrol engine which is having 100cc capacity and Engine is connected to hydraulic power pack by bevel gear mechanism. Engine can produce up to 3300-3500 rpm at no load which is much enough to run hydraulic pump shaft. Though the speed of the car is low but it can withstand up to 400kg of weight without any fair. The chassis of the car is light weighted of 300kgs and connected with double seated and 4 wheels. This chassis is made of mild steel (MS) material having less weight and high strength. The wheels used here are reused wheels of 4wheeler automobile. Front wheels are light in weight when compared to rear wheels because they have to bear more weight. Steering mechanism used for this car is rack and pinion mechanism which is simple in construction and mechanism. It is having just a kinematic links with suitable joints for required steering, it is easily operated steering in cars.
