Abstract
A Recommender system is one of the best web usage mining Application which reduces the difficulties faced by the users to meet their requirements.Web usage mining is the process of obtaining useful knowledge from the server logs. Inthis work, a new recommendation system is proposedto predict the user’s navigational behaviour. We are using the biclustering approachwith greedy search and genetic algorithm to overcome the problems of groupingavailable in traditional clustering approach. The practical implementation of thisalgorithm shows the more accurate prediction of user’s intuition on web. Theknowledge gained by the analysis is applied to target marketing and in the designingof web portals.
