  • Abstract:
  • This paper presents a new method for removing the fluctuations in voltage at load side. It is essential to determine the variations caused by different appliances and to provide a suitable method for compensating voltage fluctuations. In this paper, concept of electric spring is presented which is applicable in wide areas of power system. The method improves voltage regulation and eliminates harmonics in its devices. Simulations are carried out to verify the working of proposed electric spring.
