Abstract:
-On currently the entire process of inventory, billing, statutory compliance , payments and receipts has been maintained in the form of manual process such as files, Excel files, Google drive etc. Cannot upload and download the latest updates and less security. The manual system needs manpower a lot. In big organization it is time consuming process.Too little customization may not integrate the system with the business process and too much customization may slow down the project and make it difficult to upgrade. Time consuming process and workload is heavy. It is difficult to maintain the accounts in previous system. Needs for extra manual effort ,In existing system is standalone process normal employee cannot track their employee status ,Less Accuracy ,Danger of losing some files Certain required report is not available. So we are implementing automated system to have all kind of the above operations in single mode of communications with in one particular application. It helps for smooth business operations for an organization in an effective manner. The Automated Access System (ERP) is designed around a common, defined data structure that usually has a common database. The Employee attendance is used for keeping the record of an employee in an organized organization such as school, college, universities
