Abstract
Despite of us being in a cosmopolitan atmosphere surrounded by high end technologies we have not been able to create an environment which is safe for women’s . Women’s are subjected to harassment while they are on the move and also while they are at their work place. As more and more women’s are now opting to work out the problem has multiplied over the years and to add over it women’s are opting out for jobs with odd working time specifically the night shifts. In this work we try to review work done by different researchers over the years and try to present some insight gained from the survey carried out. On the basis of the review carried out we propose a system which will work like a smart gadget and whenever the women is in danger and is being overpowered by the suspected offender, the system will record the location detail and forward an SMS to the registered number and at the same time it will capture the image of the offender and store in the memory card. The proposed system will be helpful to women’s whenever they in danger from such offenders.
