Abstract
In various types of organizations, employees as well as employers must perform their duties in accordance with policies and procedures. To lead to well-being and progression and to improve the reputation of the organization, it is necessary to formulate human resources policies and procedures. When human resources comply with policies and procedures, they are not only able to perform their tasks appropriately, but they also promote discipline in the work environment. The policies and procedures should be concerned in terms of various areas such as technical, office, management, administration, etc. When employees are recruited into organizations, they must undergo training and development programs. In these programs, they receive knowledge in terms of human resources policies and procedures. When human resources follow policies and procedures, they can benefit to a great extent. The main areas that have been considered in this research paper are the meaning and importance of human resources policies and procedures, the types of human resources policies and the areas in which human resources policies and procedures are set implemented.
