Abstract
The literary works that reflect on the apocalypse are called as ‘apocalyptic literature’. Mary Shelley's novel Frankenstein can be considered as an apocalyptic fiction by highlighting the features of apocalyptic fictions present in the novel. The novel exhibits the stages of apocalypse.
