  • Plants play a very important role in Ayurvedic and herbal medicines. Every plant that is found in the environment has its own benefits. Common plant which is found in every kitchen Garden is Tulsi. Tulsi is used by people for immunity booster. Tulsi plant has Anti-cancer properties. From Ancient times plants have been used to treat health disorders and to conserve and flavor the food . These plants are used as anti-oxidant, insect repellant, antibiotic properties etc. Each and every plant has its own medicinal values. Healing with healthful plants is a very recent method from history. In ancient times vaids and Hakkims used different different plants to make medicine for treating health issues of people .
