Abstract
Teaching effectiveness and pedagogy are interdependent on each other. As per the needs and the demands of the 21st century, educators’ needs to keep themselves acquainted with the knowledge & practices of innovative pedagogy. This article enlists a number of innovative pedagogies like the, formative analytics, crowdsourcing, design thinking, block chain learning, teach back method, learning with drones & robots, translanguagging , mobile learning etc. that could assist a teacher of the 21st century in enhancing their teaching effectiveness as per the needs and demands of the present hour.
